The world of digital marketing will take centre stage at a series of free innovative and interactive workshops held by Towong Shire Council next month.
The workshops will be facilitated by Tim Gentle, founder of Think.Digital, in a hi-tech 14-metre coach that travels throughout Australia providing digital experiences and education.
The workshops are part of the Think-Start-Grow program - a major initiative to develop and support entrepreneurship throughout the Shire.
Mr Gentle said the workshop would including information on digital marketing, the importance of a good website and search optimisation, social networks, eCommerce and customer relationship management.
“In today’s online world, people are using the web to connect in more ways than ever before,” Mr Gentle said.
“Participants in this course will walk away with an online marketing action plan to find more customers, convert more leads to sales and improve the way they service their customers using online marketing tool.”

ABOUT THINK START GROW
Think Start Grow is an entrepreneurship program featuring workshops which are free and open to all Towong Shire residents and business owners.
Participants will have the opportunity to network with other budding entrepreneurs and small business owners, explore opportunities for their business using innovative digital technologies, access mentoring and coaching, and polish their pitch for funding or support.
Over a 12 month period, the project will deliberately focus on building the knowledge and awareness of entrepreneurship through a series of targeted workshops, networking forums, incubator events and mentoring support to people exploring start-up enterprises.
